These glazed honey garlic salmon bites will knock your socks off! Bite-sized pieces of salmon are crispy and golden on the outside but flaky and moist on the inside. The marinade is a mixture of soy sauce, honey, garlic and fresh lemon, similar to teriyaki sauce.

A very quick method is to cook salmon bites in the air fryer. Watch closely so you don’t overcook them.
- Fresh or frozen salmon: Fresh salmon fillets are best, but if you must use frozen salmon be sure to thaw overnight in the refrigerator. To thaw salmon quickly, you can place frozen salmon in a sealable ziplock bag and submerge in cold water for 30 minutes or until thawed. However, make sure the salmon is chilled.
