Here are my weekly meal plans to make your life easier! It serves 5 meals that serve 4-6 (depending on whether you’re feeding adults or kids) and it includes a shopping list!

Storing leftovers

I only plan meals Monday-Friday because sometimes we have plans for the weekend or I have leftovers, we need to wrap up the week! If you have leftovers, be sure to store them properly in an airtight container in your fridge.
