I use 2 tablespoons per pound of ground turkey or ground beef. This is a very simple recipe and it comes together quickly and easily so you can make many taco recipes! The recipe can easily be doubled and use more or less to taste.

Tip: I like to add 1/2 cup of water to the meat and spices to make the meat more moist.
