What’s for dinner?
Meal planning saves time, energy and you don’t have to do any planning! Follow these instructions and I’ll even tell you what to buy with the included grocery list. These meals feed a family of 4-6, but feel free to double them for a few meals or leftovers!
Weekly meal plans
If you don’t like something on the menu (or your kids love it and you need to change the meal) you totally can! This is a 4 week meal plan so you can choose another week’s meals (see all my meal plans here) or change one recipe and keep the rest! Storing leftovers
I usually only do a weekly meal plan 5 out of seven days a week. This is because we usually run out on one of the nights or we have leftovers! If you have leftovers, be sure to store them properly in an airtight container in your fridge.
