1. Lemon Mint Sattu Drink

We need to make it

Half a cup of black lentils
5 to 6 mint leaves
Lemon juice 2 tsp
Roasted cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Black salt to taste
1 glass of water

To do this, grind half a cup of roasted gram into a powder and take it in a glass.

Now add 2 spoons of sattu in a glass and add cold water to it and mix well for a while.

Try to make sure there are no lumps in the solution. Now add black salt, mint leaves, cumin and 1 tsp lemon juice.

Mix all these ingredients in a blender and blend for a while. With this everything starts to mix thoroughly.

Now take this sherbet in a glass and serve garnished with lemon wedges and mint leaves.

2. Swissy and Tangy Sattu Sherbat

We need to make it

Strength 3 tsp
1 glass of water
Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
4 to 5 leaves of mint
Coriander 8 to 10
Lemon juice 2 tsp
Coconut sugar 1 tsp
Chopped green chillies 1
Salt to taste

To do this, put 3 spoons of sattu in a blender and add a glass of water to it and mix it.

Due to this, sattu gets completely absorbed in water. To add flavor, add half a teaspoon of cardamom powder and equal amount of cumin powder.

Apart from this add mint leaves and coriander leaves and add lemon juice. After that add ice to it and blend.

Add salt to taste and 1½ tsp coconut sugar to give the sattu a sweet and sour taste.

After it is fully cooked, add chopped green chillies and garnish with coriander leaves and serve.

3. Sattu Chia Seeds Drink

We need to make it

Chia seeds 1 tsp
Sattu 1 spoon
Curd 2 spoons
Chopped onion 1 tsp
Chopped green chillies 1
Chat masala 1/2 tsp
8 to 10 leaves of green coriander
Pomegranate seeds 2 tsp
Black salt to taste

First prepare the mixture by adding satu, black salt and chat masala in a bowl.

Now add chopped onion, coriander leaves and pomegranate seeds in it. Mix these things vigorously.

After this, add curd to the prepared mixture and add overnight soaked chia seeds.

Mix all these ingredients in a blender and serve this drink garnished with pomegranate seeds.

4. Cucumber sattu buttermilk

We need to make it

1 bowl of cucumber
Butter milk 1 glass
Sattu 1 spoon
Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
1 pinch of black pepper
4 to 5 leaves of mint
Chat masala according to taste

To make sattu buttermilk, peel the cucumber, cut it into slices, put it in a bowl, add mint leaves and green chillies to it.

Blend all this and add buttermilk and salt. Add cumin powder and chaat masala while blending.

Now take the prepared sattu in a glass and add salt and black pepper to taste and serve.

To refresh it, add coriander leaves too.
