Make this rice and flax seed hair mask

First of all, wash the rice and flax seeds thoroughly to remove any dirt.

In a bowl, combine washed rice, flax seeds and water.

Let it soak overnight or at least 6-8 hours. Due to this, the nutrients in the rice and flax seeds are released into the water.

After soaking, blend the mixture to a smooth, thick paste.

Strain the mixture using a fine strainer to separate the liquid from the solids. You will get a thick, gel-like liquid. After this add vitamin E capsule in it.

Apply the gel all over your hair including the roots and scalp. Massage gently for a few minutes.

Cover your hair with a shower cap or towel and leave the mask on for 30 minutes to an hour.

Rinse your hair thoroughly with warm water and apply shampoo and conditioner as usual.
