To prepare Kadi Patta Chutney you will need
1 cup curry leaves
1 spoon of chana dal
1 tsp urad dal
3 to 4 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
2 green chillies
2 teaspoons tamarind water
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 small pieces of coconut
1 tsp mustard oil
1 tsp mustard
1 roasted red chilli
Salt to taste

First of all, clean the hard pan thoroughly.
Now add any one teaspoon of oil in the pan. Then add cumin seeds and let it brown quickly.
Now add gram flour and onion dal to it and fry for 1 minute.
Then add garlic cloves, green chillies and curry leaves and fry everything.
Now grate the coconut and add it to the pan. Mix everything together and turn off the gas.
After the prepared mixture is completely cooled, add it to the mixie jar and blend it well.
Add water according to the consistency of the chutney and blend well, your chutney is ready.
Add salt, tamarind water and lemon juice as required and mix well.
Finally, temper the chutney with mustard oil, mustard seeds, red chillies, one to two cloves of garlic and curry leaves.
Make a paste of curry paste and apply it on your hair
Prepare a smooth paste by mixing curry leaves with plain curd. Now apply this paste on your scalp and hair well and leave it for 30 minutes. Finally rinse with plain water. Try twice a week for optimal results. If desired instead of curd you can add fenugreek leaves, amla or aloe vera.
