1. Cold compress therapy

2. Aloe vera and peppermint oil hair pack

During summer, the scalp becomes sticky and starts producing more oil. In such a situation, you can balance the pH on the scalp by applying henna paste. Moreover, it also helps you balance oil production.

It keeps the function of the gland normal, due to which the hair follicles open and excess oil is removed from them. Besides, henna also has cooling properties. Its cooling qualities have been debated for centuries, especially since Ayurveda has used it for many years. So this summer cool your hair with the scent of henna.

After mixing the henna, coffee and aloe vera gel well, store them in the refrigerator for 10 to 15 minutes. Then apply it on your hair and scalp. If henna leaves are available around you, grind them and prepare a fresh paste as fresh henna provides more cooling effect.
