Orange Barfi

We need to make it

Orange 2 to 3
Milk powder 1 cup
Milk 1/2 cup
Cream 1/2 cup
Ghee 2 tsp
Orange pulp 2 tsp
Shredded coconut 4 tbsp
Chopped pistachios 1 tsp
Chopped almonds 1 tsp
Brown sugar 2 tsp
Small cardamom powder 1 tsp

Follow these steps to make Orange Barfi

To prepare it, first separate the orange peel, seed and its white part. Collect the pulp in a bowl.

Now add megada to the pan along with milk powder and mix well. After stirring for some time, form a thick solution.


After this, add ghee to the solution and cook on low flame and stir. After adding ghee, stir the mixture continuously and add little cardamom powder.

After this add sugar and cook. Add the orange pulp to the prepared mixture. Cook the orange pulp on low flame to mix well.

If you want, you can use food coloring to make this recipe colorful. Now add chopped almonds and pistachios and mix.

Cook until thick, add grated coconut and cook. Finally, wash and grate the orange peel to taste and add to the mixture.

Take a plate and put ghee on it and add the prepared mixture on it and add chopped almonds and pistachios on it.

Refrigerate for 4 to 5 hours to set and then cut and serve. Garnish with coconut powder before serving if desired.
