1. Grilled Chicken Skewers

Required:

  • Chicken is cut into bite size
  • Curd 2 tbsp
  • Garlic 1 tbsp
  • Ginger 1 tbsp
  • Lemon 1 tbsp
  • Cumin 1 tbsp
  • 1 tablespoon of chili powder
  • Coriander 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  • Marinate bite-sized pieces of chicken in a mixture of yogurt, garlic, ginger, lemon juice, and your favorite spices (like cumin, chili, and coriander).
  • Thread marinated chicken onto skewers, alternating with colorful bell peppers, onions and cherry tomatoes.
  • Grill the skewers until the chicken is cooked through and has a nice char on the outside. Serve with a yogurt-based dipping sauce flavored with mint and lemon zest.

2. Tandoori Chicken Lettuce Wraps

  • 500 grams of chicken breast
  • Curd 2 tbsp
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp tandoori masala
  • 1 tbsp ginger and garlic paste

Method:

  • Marinate the chicken breasts in a mixture of curd, lemon juice, tandoori masala, garlic paste, ginger paste and a pinch of red chilli powder.
  • Grill or roast the chicken until it’s cooked through, then cut it into thin strips.

  • Coat the marinated fish fillets with rice flour or besan.
  • Place the fish fillets in the air fryer and brush with oil. Cook until golden brown and crispy on both sides, 4-5 minutes per side.
