Follow these steps to make a milk and aloe vera moisturizer

If you are using fresh aloe, extract the gel from the aloe leaf first. Cut a leaf from the plant, cut it lengthwise and scoop out the gel using a spoon. If you’re using store-bought aloe vera gel, just take 2 tablespoons.

In a small bowl, mix the aloe vera gel with the milk.

Mix until the ingredients are well combined. You can use a whisk or fork to mix well.

If desired, add a few drops of your chosen essential oil for fragrance. Essential oils not only add fragrance but are also useful for skin care.

To store, pour the cream into a clean container with a lid. A small glass jar works well for this.

Keep the moisturizer in the refrigerator to keep it fresh. Since it contains milk, it is best to use it within a week or two.
