• Half teaspoon of coriander powder
• Less than half a teaspoon of turmeric powder
• Half a teaspoon of cumin powder
• Half a teaspoon of sugar

• Add bananas cut into round shapes.

• 1/2 cup oats
• 1 cup of water

People with irritable bowel syndrome or other digestive problems should also avoid overripe bananas. These are difficult to digest and can cause bloating, gas or even diarrhea.
If you are aiming to lose weight, you should avoid overripe bananas as they contain more calories than green or yellow bananas.
