You can make scalp massage cream at home. For this, put oatmeal in boiling water and then let it cool. After it cools down, take the oatmeal and add honey and aloe vera gel to it. Mix everything well. Apply this cream on your scalp and massage the scalp well for 10 minutes by moving your fingers in a circular motion.

Then apply the remaining mixture to the hair, dip a towel in warm water and wrap your hair with it. Then leave it like this for 10 minutes and then take out the towel and rinse your hair with normal water.

Both yogurt and cucumber are good for your skin and scalp. Curd has special properties like antibacterial, antimicrobial, protein. But both cucumber and yogurt help in keeping your scalp skin hydrated.


For this, take a cucumber and prepare its puree, then mix it with a cup of curd. Now add honey and coconut oil to it and mix everything. Apply this prepared paste on your scalp and hair. Leave it on for 20 minutes and then rinse the scalp and hair with normal water.

Step 4. Shampoo properly

After removing the scalp mask, wash your hair with normal shampoo. Remember to use a mild shampoo. Sometimes chemicals in shampoo or conditioner can harm your scalp. Don’t skip the conditioner after shampooing.
