How to start expressing?

To express something you have to follow a process very clearly. Here are some steps to follow while trying the manifestation:

1. Set your goals

It is imperative that you are very clear about your goals. You should ideally sit down and make a list of your goals and what exactly you want to achieve in life. A manifesting journal does wonders for recording these goals and helps bring more clarity of thought. ‘One way to do this is to keep your goals SMART – specific, meaningful, achievable, realistic, achievable,’ says Dr Zyman.

It’s about remembering what you’re thinking. Journaling is all about the free flow of expression. It helps release blocked thoughts and emotions, such as fear and regret, and makes it easier to move toward one’s goals, Dr. Zaiman says.

5. Take positive action

It is important to start taking steps towards achieving your goal. For example, if you want to express love, try to go out, meet more people and make contact with them. Taking proactive steps will get you closer to your goals and this step should not be skipped.

6. Be grateful

Gratitude is a positive force of energy that helps you get positive results in return. It’s important to be grateful for everything you have now and be grateful for how things are changing. A good exercise to follow is to write down something you are grateful for every day before you go to sleep. You can also maintain a gratitude journal.   • Don’t lose sight of reality
  • There is no specific duration of the process for some it may happen quickly, sometimes it may not.
